Of course Bell, Kallem, Muntz and Tennant would complain because this levels the playing field for other competitors.

See the movie "the Other Guys" and a scene where the securities regular says they will ask about "illegal trading" when they play golf on the weekend with those suspected. Or how about another real life example in the BOEMRE and the Oil companies.

CCHIT is tainted in many physicians opinion. The only way to avoid resistence is equality for all under the new rules - equality means no special favors.
