The link to the Health Affairs study is correct. The study is based on data from the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey, which collects data on a nationally representative sample of visits to nonfederal office-based U.S. physicians, excluding radiologists, anesthesiologists, and pathologists. --The Editors

A useful link for providers in the throes of implementing and adopting (I&A) EHR is the "Health Data Management Resource Guide Online." The Guide has more than 75 HIT categories from Analytics Software to Wireless Networks.

More important to I&A efforts than the destination sites is this aggregation of search keywords / phrases embodied as a list of categories.

Search using these keywords will yield cornucopia of applicable results.

The "Health Affairs study" link arrives at "Physicians In Nonprimary Care And Small Practices And Those Age 55 And Older Lag In Adopting Electronic Health Record Systems," by

Sandra L. Decker1,*, Eric W. Jamoom2 and Jane E. Sisk3.

This demographic- if the link is correct- should have been reported since it is an important qualifier.
