Striking down the law would have been bad for HIT adoption and bad for the country.

At this stage, in the implementation of HIT, I do not believe that, if the Supreme Court had denied President Obama's Healthcare Reform Law,the healthcare industry could not move forward, as some of these Healthcare facilities are now going through with HIT implementation. HIT implementation in the Healthcare Industry is unstopable, as we are now seeing some of the benefits of proper deployment of HIT, that includes the appropriate Training.
