This article has been corrected to indicate that Xerox recently announced that its ACS unit has assumed operational responsibility for Medi-Cal's claims processing system. The previously reported news -- that Medi-Cal awarded the 10-year, $1.6 billion contract to ACS -- occurred in 2010. -- The Editors.
