McKesson, a health care  IT and services provider, has acquired peerVue, a provider of radiology workflow and communication services, for an undisclosed sum...Recondo Technology, a developer of revenue cycle software, has acquired Trilogi, a revenue cycle management and recovery company, for an undisclosed sum...Avadyne Health -- a provider of patient-centric outsourced revenue cycle management services -- and Benchmark Revenue Management -- a provider of revenue cycle workflow tools for hospitals -- have merged.

MyCare, a clinical care technologies provider, has secured $1 million in seed round funding with contributions from multiple investors...PerfectServe, a provider of clinical communications services, has raised $10.9 million in Series C funding, with contributions from several investors.

Kern Medical Center in California has selected McKesson's revenue cycle management system; McKesson also will provide Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky with radiology billing services and financial reporting software...St. Mary's Hospital in Illinois has deployed Advanced ICU Care's critical care telemedicine program...a Denmark Ministry of Health agency has selected InterSystems Corporation's health care informatics system...Tennessee-based RegionalCare Hospital Partners has selected MediClick's Web-based supply chain and accounts payable tools.

The Upper Chesapeake Health system in Maryland has selected Forerun's advanced physician documentation software...NorthCrest Medical Center in Tennessee has selected Allscripts' EHR system...Swedish Medical Center in Washington State will deploy Aceso's interactive patient services delivery system at one of its campuses...Radiology Ltd., a system of nine imaging centers in Arizona, and Advanced Radiology of Columbia in Missouri will deploy Merge Healthcare's full suite of radiology applications; WellStar Health System  in Georgia will implement Merge Healthcare's cardiology imaging management system.

Karos Health -- a clinical information exchange and storage facility in Ontario, Canada -- will deploy CGI Group's diagnostic imaging document sharing system...the Arkansas Office of Health Information Technology will deploy OptumInsight's health information exchange tools...the Indiana Health Information Exchange will implement AT&T's clinical message exchange system in three state hospitals.
