M&A, Financial Reports and Funding

Dohmen, a provider of health benefits management and mitigation support services, has acquired health care analytics company PlanIT for an undisclosed amount...TriZetto Group, a health care software company, will acquire Gateway EDI, a health care revenue cycle management company, for an undisclosed amount…Harris Corporation Healthcare Solutions will acquire Carefx, a provider of health care interoperability programs, for $155 million.

Computer Task Group, a health IT services company, reported a Q4 2010 net income of $2.65 million on $87.3 million in revenue, compared with a Q4 2009 net income of $1.63 million on $67.6 million in revenue. The company also reported a full-year 2010 net income of $8.4 million on $331.4 million in revenue, compared with a full-year 2009 net income of $5.9 million on $275.6 million in revenue...Acuo Technologies, a software provider for the medical imaging industry, reported 25% fiscal year 2010 revenue growth over the previous year.
