iMedX, a health care software company, has purchased MedTech Transcriptions...Consumer Health Technologies has acquired MyHealthFunds, a consumer-directed health care services company...Swiss drugmaker Roche will acquire Biolmagene, a vendor of digital pathology workflow and analysis software, for $100 million...The TriZetto Group, a privately held health IT firm, has acquired Tela Sourcing, a business process outsourcing services company, for an undisclosed sum.

The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has selected Informatica's patient data platform...The Northern Virginia Regional Health Information Organization has selected GE Healthcare's EHR system; GE Healthcare has donated its Centricity Advance EHR software to the University of Texas-Austin for educational use...The Alabama Medicaid Agency has signed a $135 million, eight-year technology services contract with Hewlett-Packard.
