M&A, Financial Reports and Funding

CareFusion, a vendor of medical products, will acquire Medegen, an infusion technology company, for $225 million...Management Health Solutions, a developer of hospital supply-tracking software, has acquired AtPar, a developer of portable hospital supply inventory-tracking software, for an undisclosed sum.

Allscripts-Misys Healthcare reported a Q3 2010 net income of $18.5 million on $179.9 million in revenue.

Mercy Health System in Delaware will implement NextGen Healthcare Information Systems' NextGen EHR and NextGen Health Information Exchange systems...Main Line Health system in Pennsylvania has selected SunGard Availability Services to provide managed services for its primary data center.
