The percentage of U.S. cell phone owners ages 18 to 29 who use their phone to look up health information increased from 29% in 2010 to 42% in 2012, while the percentage of U.S. cell phone owners older than age 65 who use their phone to look up health information increased from 8% in 2010 to 9% in 2012, according to a report from the Pew Internet & the American Life Project.
